Murray Pozmanter was appointed the interim CEO of New York Portfolio Clearing (NYPC) on February 22, 2012. Murray will maintain this position until the new CEO is appointed. |

Ira J. Krulik is a Futures Industry Specialist with 32+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, Ira was the co-head of futures clearing sales for Credit Suisse Securities USA LLC’s PrimeServices Listed Derivatives business. |

Joe Benning was named Chief Risk Officer of New York Portfolio Clearing in June of 2010. Before coming to New York Portfolio Clearing he served as a Director at Moody’s Analytics where he provided training and consulting services in capital markets and derivatives for clients in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. |

Laura Klimpel has served as counsel for NYPC since August 2010. Laura joined NYPC from the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. |
