New York Portfolio Clearing (NYPC) will offer clearing and settlement services to its member firms. The system to be used by NYPC for the registration of trades is NYSE Euronext’s Trade Registration System (TRS) and for the clearing and management of positions held in clearing, NYSE Euronext’s Clearing Processing System (CPS). Margin settlements, which will flow through the DTCC systems Clearing Fund Management (CFM) and Funds Only Settlement (FOS), will take place twice a day. End of Day settlements are required at 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM for Original and Variation margin respectively. Intra-day margin settlements are required at 2:45 PM and 3:15 PM for Original and Variation margin respectively. All noted deadlines are Eastern times.
